The Gl\u00e9nan archipelago offers you all this, just an hour by motorboat from the Belle-Vue hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exceptional biodiversity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Natura 2000 classified site is a refuge for many animal and plant species. You may see dolphins, seals, terns\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In April, come and discover the Gl\u00e9nan narcissus, an endemic species, on the island of Saint-Nicolas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is the sand so white in Gl\u00e9nan?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because of Maerl, a red algae that decomposes to produce this very white sand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several ways to discover the archipelago: from April to the end of September, by speedboat from B\u00e9nodet, Concarneau, Beg-Meil, and Port La For\u00eat. Or you can take a traditional sailboat or catamaran, or even rent a sailboat or motorboat to explore the Gl\u00e9nan Islands at your own pace. This will allow you to sail around the 12 islands that make up the archipelago.
